End of Daily Food Diary

Since I have mastered the habit of checking my daily calories~ even if not accurately ~ I will carry on doing so but not trying to make a daily records...that's hard.

I'll have it always in my mind to eat well, sleep well and maintain a great shape by exercising. It's important.

Still incorporated into my diet is Calories Plus Milkshake and fruits, not forgetting water too!

Back on tracking track

Breakfast.is a two step tuna sandwich
For lunch, plantain, eggs and a chocolate shake
For dinner, beans with corn and gari

Counting calories here is quite challenging but I'm glad I had three meals in the day. I strive as much as I can to do so!

Very rough estimate indeed will be just around 2000 calories in total (probably need to check that)

How Time Flies

It's been a week since last update. tut tut tut...That's cos routines have been up and down lately.
There have been slacker days, with not enough eaten
There have been lazy days with no exercise done
And then there have been extremely busy days that permit no time for my healthy routine.

there's always a second chance for perfection. As long as it's still on my mind, it simply means I won't stop trying to get to my goal.
