Back on tracking track

Breakfast.is a two step tuna sandwich
For lunch, plantain, eggs and a chocolate shake
For dinner, beans with corn and gari

Counting calories here is quite challenging but I'm glad I had three meals in the day. I strive as much as I can to do so!

Very rough estimate indeed will be just around 2000 calories in total (probably need to check that)
