Since I have mastered the habit of checking my daily calories~ even if not accurately ~ I will carry on doing so but not trying to make a daily records...that's hard.
I'll have it always in my mind to eat well, sleep well and maintain a great shape by exercising. It's important.
Still incorporated into my diet is Calories Plus Milkshake and fruits, not forgetting water too!
