Okay this business of writing a diary, especially when it has to do with taking photos of every meal, is hard!
Managed to snap a few here and there, many times after I'd been half way through my meal. But of course I just have to start over and try again. This time, I have my nutrition drink, Ensure© in the circle too!
So my plan is to eat three meals, try and squeeze in snacks between meals, do toning exercises and drink one to two bottles of Ensure everyday :/ Better to make a plan and try than not right?
