Keeping Up

Breakfast:
Nothing :(

Lunch:
Chicken burger(400)
Grape slushie(120)

Dinner
Fries, egg(70), chicken breast(300)
Fries, another chicken breast(300), apple(80), yoghurt(90) Ensure Plus(355)

1715 calories :(
Not good at all...when I miss breakfast and I go out, I eat junk food which only adds up to nothing. BUT I did get my workout done today. Abs today! :)
