On a health journey (a different kind to normal). My food diary in pictures will help monitor what I eat and how many calories I take per day. Hope this goes well.

Potato and bacon casserole dish a la mum! at least 500 calories
Coleslaw 80 calories
Bowl of watermelons! 100 calories
Shapers Meal replacement shake 250 calories

Total > 930 calories
with daily vitamin c


Total For The Day = 1890+ calories
